The boarding house offers trainees and skilled workers comfortable and affordable accommodations during the initial training period, block classes, or training programs. This creates a pleasant living environment that encourages interaction with other residents and provides everything needed for a successful stay.
Rooms can be booked both directly by residents and through companies. From single-night stays to longer stays and even fixed room quotas for companies, we offer customized solutions and attractive rates. Our guesthouse offers modern rooms for business travellers, holidaymakers and long-term stays. You can look forward to our 30 modern, well-appointed single rooms to a 4-star standard, including four accessible rooms and one wheelchair-accessible room, all of which invite you to relax and unwind. High-quality comfort and well-thought-out facilities ensure a pleasant stay, whether for one night or a longer period.
The Werre-Quartier combines hotel comfort with a pleasant, home-like atmosphere. The stylishly furnished rooms offer everything you need for a relaxing short- or long-term stay. The entire building was designed with comfort, functionality, and well-being in mind and features high-quality common areas as well as numerous services. As a modern new building with two full stories, a basement, and a spacious rooftop terrace, the Werre-Quartier combines contemporary architecture with sustainable construction. The high-quality wooden facade made of European larch gives the building a natural character and blends harmoniously into the surroundings along the Werre River.
A smart energy plan and a rooftop solar power system help ensure the efficient use of resources and make operations more sustainable.
