Coaching Services
New challenges, a new environment, and starting an apprenticeship or career bring many changes. Our coaching services help apprentices and skilled workers quickly find their footing, develop their personal potential, and successfully navigate their daily lives.
Through one-on-one conversations and practical programs, participants receive support in areas such as communication, self-management, integration, career guidance, and personal development. The goal is to instill confidence, identify challenges early on, and lay the groundwork for a successful apprenticeship and career.

For Trainees and Skilled Workers: More Than Just a Place to Stay
During training, education, or professional development programs, our boarding house offers a modern and comfortable living environment with numerous opportunities for discussion, guidance, and networking.
The Werre-Quartier offers trainees and skilled workers much more than just a place to stay. Here, a modern living environment is taking shape that combines comfort, community, and leisure, creating the ideal conditions for a successful stay.
Start the day with a varied breakfast buffet before your apprenticeship, vocational college or training courses begin. A modern self-catering kitchen is available for meals throughout the rest of the day, which you can use as you wish.
Convenient on-site laundry and drying facilities further ensure a hassle-free daily routine during your stay. This makes the boarding house a temporary home where living, studying, and leisure time are perfectly combined.
Spacious lounge and common areas provide space for socializing, shared activities, and making new connections.
Every Tuesday, the “Eat & Meet” event takes place in the communal and self-catering kitchen. Here, residents cook and eat together and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. The event makes it easier for new residents in particular to settle in and fosters a sense of community in the building.
On Thursdays, our movie night invites you to wind down the day together. In a relaxed atmosphere, conversations flow, new friendships are formed, and a lively sense of community takes shape.

The TV viewing area, the rooftop terrace overlooking the Werre River, and a variety of recreational activities create a pleasant atmosphere even outside of the daily training routine.
For those looking to stay active, a modern fitness area, a sauna, and the calisthenics facility right next to the Werre-Quartier are available.
Thanks to our e-bike rental service, you can also explore the region in a particularly relaxed way.

Eat & Meet
Every Tuesday, our Eat & Meet event takes place in the communal and self-catering kitchen.
This is where trainees and residents come together, cook together, chat, and get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere. This fosters new connections, friendships, and a lively sense of community that makes it easier for new residents, in particular, to settle in.
Movie Night
Every Thursday, we invite our residents to join us for a movie night.
In a relaxed atmosphere, trainees, employees, and guests can wind down the day together, enjoy the latest movies, and chat in a casual setting. The movie night offers another opportunity to make new connections, build friendships, and strengthen the sense of community in the Werre Quarter.
